How do I care for my hand-dyed and handwoven items?
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your shawl or scarf, I recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Lay flat to dry in a shaded area to prevent fading. Iron on a low setting if needed, and store in a cool, dry place.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces that reflect your personal style and preferences. Please contact me with your ideas, and I will work with you to design a unique shawl or scarf that meets your vision. Custom orders may require additional time for production.
What is your return and exchange policy?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
