Shipping Information

Processing time
All of our scarves are handmade and carefully packaged. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. For custom or personalized orders, processing time may vary — you will be informed separately via email.

Shipping within Hungary
Standard shipping: 3–4 business days

Shipping within the EU
We ship to all EU countries. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.

International shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times are generally 7–14 business days depending on location.

Tracking
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow every step of the delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels
In case of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us at fiberalchemy.shop@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Customs and import taxes
No customs duties or import taxes apply to shipments within the EU. For orders outside the EU, buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
