Terms of Service

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. The intention to withdraw must be submitted in writing to fiberalchemy.shop@gmail.com. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received, using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order or customized individually.

2. Handmade nature of products
Fiber Alchemy products are handwoven, unique pieces made from natural materials. Each product is unique—minor variations in color, size, or pattern may occur, which do not constitute defects but are a natural characteristic of handmade goods.

3. Care and warranty
Fiber Alchemy is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product (e.g. improper washing or drying). The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping time
Our handwoven products have a processing time of 5–10 business days. For custom orders, processing time may vary — you will be informed separately.

5. Return conditions
We only accept returns in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Used or washed items are not eligible for a refund.
