Return and Exchange Policy

Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The intention to withdraw must be communicated in writing to fiberalchemy.shop@gmail.com. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Conditions of return
We only accept returns in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Refunds are not possible for used or washed items.

Refund process
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected, using the original payment method.

Defective products
In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at fiberalchemy.shop@gmail.com and include photos. Defective products will be replaced or refunded free of charge.

Handmade nature
Our products are handwoven—minor variations in color, size, or pattern do not constitute defects.
