Processing Time All our scarves are handmade and carefully packaged. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. For custom or personalized orders, lead times may vary — we will inform you about this via a separate email.

Shipping within Hungary Standard shipping: 3–4 business days

Shipping within the EU We ship to all EU countries. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on the location.

Tracking Once your package has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow every step.

Damaged or Lost Package In case of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us at fiberalchemy.shop@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Customs and Import Duties For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any potential customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
